Display issues in galleries

In the corporation and the character gallery, image display should be offset to allow for the icon bar to not overlap with the main image (see screenshot 1)

In the corporation gallery the icon bar has no background and icons overlap each others (see screenshot 2).

• The icon gallery is OK on the pilot's screenshot.
• It should indeed be not-transparent in Corp.
• The portrait background should overlap on the title bar but it does not.

The reason char and corp icons are different is because the original portrait pictures are transparent for corps, but not for pilots, since pilots usually have a background.

I don't know if there's an Eve API call for portraits without background but that's worth looking up.
