Ok, I made a build in a separate folder, not it shows build size correctly, but still doesn't show "Size in build". Buuut I noticed that there are a few assets which have "Size in build" displayed, see:

It will be fixed in Unity Optimizer 2.0.
I’m going to release it in a few days.
