.psd files aren't loaded correctly

My project has .psd files during development, as they’re easier to edit.
But UO can’t quite load their information, saying they’re 0x0 in size, causing them to show as errors.

Also noticed that the tooltip in the pie chart doesn’t seem to work.
I’m unsure what it’s meant to show, but I doubt the dark square is it.
