Cannot run Cong.exe from different current directory

Evgeny Kralko repo owner created an issue

Steps to reproduce:

  • Run cmd.exe
  • Write C:\Repositories\Cong\Cong\bin\Release\Cong.exe
  • Verify Cong crashed
