Clear command does not work

Issue Description

Please start supporting the clean command in Cong console to get rid of the all previous code (maybe even About and other start-up info)

Steps to reproduce

1. type clear in console

Actual Result

'clear' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Expected Result

the screen is cleared after executing the command

there is no such command in cmd.exe, use “cls” command instead
