Hey André, although I'm rejecting it here, I did implement function decorators (just slightly differently) and released 0.5 which includes it. It's already on pypi. Thanks again for the contribution!

Added a decorator make possible to timeout particular methods. Makes the usage of interruptingcow more granular.
