'Analyser' and 'Simulator' are unused parameters in *.wcfg

From discussion with one of the participants who was trying to understand the extasy_amber_coco.py script, in particular where it selected the kernels to run. I explained that these scripts actually hard-code the set of kernels, the 'Analyser' and 'Simulator' parameters in the *wcfg are actually ignored.

I think then we should just to remove these to avoid confusion, and maybe replace them with comments to say e.g.

or similar.
