grlsd-adaptive-on-stampede - FAILS

I have also given the grlsd-adaptive-on-stampede a try so as to see how does it deal with gromacs, but it fails with the same error as reported at Issue #5 ... Anyone willing to shed some light so as we can address this error ... Thanks.

    I think this was temporarily resolved by the set of uses_mpi = True that was committed by @vivek ?
