Bulk handling

Dear Support team.

Is it possible to use the timer with a bulk handling function? => Select a list of tickets and get the timer started or in pause for all the selected tickets.

    Hi,

    I' sorry for our response time. A bulk function is not planned. We assumed that the user can work only on one issue at the time.
