Time tracking a several tickets in parallel

Dear Support team,

It seems to be not possible to track the time of several tickets in parallel? Starting the timer in one ticket will automatically switch off the timer of another ticket. Can you confirm?

    We assumed that the user can work only on one issue at the time. This is why we are switching off the timer of issue when you start a timer of another issue.
