Cookie banner issues/questions

Hi we just purchased this and it's doing a few things that are not good, can you address these for us or we'll need to request a refund.

1) Refreshes the page when clicking either accept or deny (should not force a page refresh on the user ever)

2) Other advertising cookies were still set even after hitting deny, can't specify these anywhere, it should block all cookies from everywhere except operational if user hits deny.

3) There is no way to disable it other than uninstalling it.

4) It's difficult to change the color and styling, has to be done through code.

5) There is no way to add what other ad network or operational cookies you want to keep or clear.

Hello zanadev, first of all my addon is the most configurable addon of cookies disclosure in the marketplace.

1) This is not possible. The reload is required for loading the tracking script's after users optin. 2) This is up to you. My addon blocks automatically the tracking codes. If you have other code parts that deals with cookies you need to check the permission (see docs) 3) Yes. For which reason you want to disable? cookie optin is required by GDPR 4) Check the settings page. You can configure it all. 5) You can specify your cookies in your privacy page. Thats enough from a legal point of view. If you want a more complex cookie bar which make difference between system cookies, analytics cookies etc. check cookiebar.com. But then you don't benefit from features like automatic tracking code detection, a config page within c5 and you don't can check within php code for permissions. So every solution has it's own advantages.

Of course if you want i can refund you the money. I like happy customers and till now all customers are happy. If you don't send refund request und you will get your money back
