ability to provide aditional price with options

Instead of a price method "price options" where you define a total price per combination of options, i would like to see a method to add options where each option adds or subtracts an amount or percentage of the base product.

for example base product costs 100 eur option 1 --> + 10 EUR option 2 --> +15 EUR option 3 --> -7 EUR option 4 --> -4% (of 100EUR) option 5 --> +2% (of 100EUR)

and allow for multiple option groups of options (price type handles)
