Issue with Email Confirmation not showing both billing and shipping addresses when they are different

Hello,

Thank you for your great software. My client is very please with the ease of use. One issue she did encounter: she received an order on her site, and the customer mentioned that she received an email confirmation with the Billing and Shipping addresses as the same address, even though she set different Billing and Shipping addresses when she made the purchase. When the email confirmation was sent, both addresses were the Billing address. I checked the email confirmation and the addresses were indeed incorrect - they were both the Billing address.

Let me mention that in the backend of the Bitter Store, the Order itself contained both correct addresses, so this seems to only be an issue with the email confirmation.

I need to make sure this can be fixed, as it is confusing to the buyer, and it requires a follow-up email to ensure that there is not a problem.
