Error when trying to edit ot add a product

Hi! Just bought and installed the add-on on a Concrete 5 8.1.0 website.

All settings seem to work but when I try to edin a sample product or add a new one I get the following error: Call to a member function getGenericValue() on null

Please help to fix it.

Hi Slavi, this sounds like a generic express issue. What happends when you try to add a custom Express obejct and add some entries ?

Can you make a screenshot from the error message and please enable advanced logging before.

I assume that an attribute type doesn't installed properly.

Here you go (sorry about the size). I am not sure how to enable Advanced logging. The add-on installed as described - no errors or timeouts.

And some additional info if it’s useful. The Shop page doesn’t show any products, either - it’s basically blank. I made it not appear in the navigation for the moment, because the site is live and there are visitors.

I am actually trying to replace a working Snipcart integration due to their not-flexible charging policy (2% of all order value). I doubt that it messes with Bitter shop but wanted to mention it.

If you need site admin ot cPanel access, please let me know.

You forgot to enable the advanced debugging mode first . Without this information's it is not able to debug further.

And when you tell that shop pages are missing too it is 100% and installation issue . You have installed this package through FTP Or with community connect ?

I did it through the community connect as usual.

I will send the credentials by e-mail tomorrow and I am sure you will be able to fix it quickly.
