Error when installing, I can't install it

When I clicked on install I got an error, but finally after refresh it passed.

But after I see it installed but it is not visible in the settings? It's like it's not installed?

I know I put a low importance on this request, but I would still like to be able to move forward with my project and I am currently blocked. I would like to know if there is a solution and if I will be able to use the shop in my site?
