Intermittently in Black and White

Intermittently, this theme will show up in Black and White. I'm not sure what causes this or how to fix it. I'm working on the development site that's live but not the one we use yet at https://newsite.oregonwhitewater.org/

Is there is a setting I can change? It tends to happen on iOS products more than Windows or Android products.

Have you seen this before? How do I fix this?

This is the darkmode support. You can disable it in the settings dashboard page “Bitter Theme“
