Problem with Google Analytics Generated by Google Tag Manager

Hi,

I have installed your add-on on a development site to test. I have noticed that after Opting Out that the Google Analytics cookies that are generated by Google Tag Manager are still persisting on the site after opting out. I have tried adding the script inside of the Concrete5 admin Tracking Scripts block, as well as just adding it in the header of the site, both with the same results. The three GA cookies still show after opting out. Is there a better location or something I can do in the plugin code to prevent those cookies from running on opt-out? Any guidance would be great.
