Error installing

Hi

I got an error installing the GDPR addon:

An exception occurred while executing 'ALTER TABLE atBoolean ADD CONSTRAINT FK_5D5F70A9A2A82A5D FOREIGN KEY (avID) REFERENCES AttributeValues (avID) ON DELETE CASCADE': SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1452 Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails (wwwbrooklandsmus_dev2.#sql-ff11_a92e7, CONSTRAINT FK_5D5F70A9A2A82A5D FOREIGN KEY (avID) REFERENCES AttributeValues (avID) ON DELETE CASCADE)

Can you provide a fix please?

Hello Dave, the EU Cookie Law add-on doesn’t deal with attributes. This sound like an generic issue for me. Can you please try to install any other package and see if you have the same issues?

Thanks Fabian, yes it throws the same error when trying to install another addon so not an issue with your addon, apologies.
