Didn't get EU Cookie Law disclosure visible

Hi Fabian, I have tried several methods and settings but I do not know why this EU Cookie Law won't come visible on my site.

I have your EU Cookie Law on another site, there it works. I have tried with same settings here (Opt In): https://taivassalo.fi/ but no success.

On index page I have full screen slider but changing it to normal wide slider didn't help. Could Zendesk chat window occur a problem with this add-on?

Hi Pedro,

the console error log shows that the file https://taivassalo.fi/eu_cookie_law.js?locale=fi_FI is not available.

I assume there was in installation error. Maybe an missing file because of an file transfer issue?

Could you re-upload the package to the server?

Re-loaded it twice but it didn’t help. I even deleted addd-on from the project. Console still says failed to load.
Should I ask my hosting company if this is a server problem?

I don’t think is a server problem. Maybe an application issue (conflicting 3rd-party-add-ons or custom code?)
