EU Cookie Law addon questions
Hello. We purchased and installed your EU Cookie Law Disclosure addon and noticed a few things that we're hoping can be fixed. For instance, the disclosure does not stick to the bottom of the browser window when scrolling in Chrome or Firefox. Ideally it should stick to the bottom, as it does in Safari. Another issue we're having is with the responsiveness of the button. The button becomes very wide at medium breakpoints, such as on an iPad (see attached screenshot). The site is easternworldwide.com, for reference.

Thanks for getting back to me Fabian. We aren’t using any 3rd-party add-ons other than yours. And of course, like all websites, this one contains custom CSS code. But I can’t believe your add-ons only work on websites with default CSS, right? Unfortunately, the add-on is still listed on the Marketplace for licensing, with no indication that you no longer support it. If you can’t help us, can you offer a refund?

yes of course. what’s your username on concretecms.org?

and btw its up to your custom css. you have the following style rules for the body tag:
-webkit-transform: translate3d(0,0,0); -moz-transform: translate3d(0,0,0); -ms-transform: translate3d(0,0,0); transform: translate3d(0,0,0);
but anyway give me ur username and I will refund you.

Hi Fabian,
Thank you very much for finding the conflicting code. We’ve commented out that code and now the notice is functioning better.

Hi Jell, so you don’t want a refund? Can I close this ticket?

We no longer need a refund since the positioning issue is resolved. Yes, you can close the ticket. Thanks again for your help!

Hello,
wo no longer maintain this add-on. EU Cookie Law is now part of the the Bitter Theme 2.0 https://www.bitter.de/de/shop/details/display_product/bitter_theme
But in general this add-on is used by thousand of sites without any issues. If you have unexpected behavior this is certainly caused by custom code or other 3rd party add-ons.
