AddOn does not work with Theme "Pixel"

Hello Fabian,

I am disappoited about this addon and as a topping I must read here, that this is now part of the "Bitter" Theme and not supported anymore. This is nowhere in the Concrete Marketplace explained.

I could install it, find now the block type and the settings page, but the only thing that happens is to display "Opt Out" as a white text link with completely no functionality behind it.

After trashing too much time it would be very good, if could refund me. I don't think there is an easy solution, or is there any?
