Portfolio Grid won't open

Former user created an issue

I just purchased and installed the Portfolio Grid but I got this error message "Class Concrete\Core\Package\PackageService does not exist". Can you please help to resolve this?

    Hello, the newer versions of Portfolio Grid require concrete5 version 8 at least. Normally concrete5 should automatically download the latest compatible version. Do you have manually downloaded the archive? Please uninstall this add-on and install an older version like 0.9.0.6. Fabian
