Calibrating screen is bugged when in landscape mode

As discussed on Skype, calibration currently only works in portrait mode. When in landscape, the dialog is changed, but the values get messed up so click events won't work as expected.

Work-around: touchdisplay.SetOrientation(Orientation.Portrait); touchdisplay.TouchscreenCalibration(); touchdisplay.SetOrientation(Orientation.Landscape);

But it would be nice to be able to read the calibration messages without turning a head ;-)
