It now creates packages for both .NET 4.5.2 and .NET Standard 2.0
Fixed a couple of incompatibilities between .NET Standard and .NET framework
Updated to the new .csproj format
Removed files no longer required
Updated to the latest xUnit and RestSharp for .NET Standard support
Made all unit tests run an work on both targets
