Support for .msh version 4

Is there any planned support for the current .msh file format (version 4) that Gmsh uses (http://gmsh.info/doc/texinfo/gmsh.html#MSH-file-format)? MSH version 2 is now supported as a legacy file format.
Marc, this is on the TODO list and is a question of making the appropriate version-dependent changes in the code by tracking Gmsh format version changelist. We may not have the time to update the format support until February-March 2020 given our current timeline. If you would like to contribute, we would be more than happy to take a patch or a pull-request submission to be reviewed and merged to master.
