Request for conda install on windows

Hi all,

Thanks for making MOAB it is most useful.

I noticed that MOAB support for Windows and wanted to ask if the community would consider a Conda install for Windows?

I believe it would require additional files (bld.bat) in the Conda forge recipe and perhaps use of the CMAKE compile method.
