Add a FindNetCDF.cmake File

From a fresh git clone, I was able to run CMake without any errors, but the build failed due to netcdf libraries not being installed. I understand that you have them listed as a dependency, but it would be nice if CMake find_package support was available. Thanks!

Sorry, I should have logged in. This can likely be closed, because you state in the wiki that CMake support isn't kept up to date.
