Build system support for CCMIO

The CMake based version of the MOABConfig.cmake template does not include support for CCMIO although the autotools one does

    Do we really need CMake support for CCMIO ? If there is a need, can add the support. AFAIK, our CCMIO support with autotools may be outdated as is and we require some specific versions of dependent libraries. @Iulian Grindeanu thoughts ?

    My motivation here was related to normalizing CMake with Autotools. This is a remaining discrepancy. It could also be resolved by removing CCMIO from autotools, but I’m not sure what the long term intent is.
