/usr/ports/math/moab/work/moab-5.0.2/src/IntxMesh does not contain a CMakeLists.txt file

Using the cmake build, it fails with this error:

  does not contain a CMakeLists.txt file.

Version 5.0.2 FreeBSD 11.2 amd64 Found while trying to update the port.

    Can you tell us which release tarball or commit hash you are using to update the port distribution ? This is not the case on master or the last major version (5.0) AFAIK. @yurivict

    I am sorry, we haven't officially released anything beyond v5.0. There has been a lot of updates since then as minor patches but not as a release yet. We are planning on one by end of the month (Nov 30) and will have MOAB v5.1 then. Please ignore the moab-5.0.2 tarball since its not officially supported.

    The ftp site had a tarball that was tagged/renamed wrongly during an internal version distribution. Please ignore it. I will also delete it from the ftp site and didn't realize this even existed. Thanks for pointing that out.

    The official last tagged version is 5.0 as shown in [1] and in the website [2]. As mentioned in the previous reply, we will have the v5.1 RC ready on November 30.
