Merged in nschloe/moab/cmake (pull request #135)
This PR cleans up the CMake configuration in two ways:
Proper use of GnuInstallDirs Files are now installed into the canonical directories.
Libraries are endowed with proper version (and so-versions). This has CMake create appropriate symlinks.
