OPENR missing WIDTH keyword

As in title: OPENR is missing the WIDTH keyword, which allows files with data longer than 80 characters per line to be read. This limitation exists in IDL and I'm not sure if FL has it as well: if not, a dummy "WIDTH" keyword would be good to prevent error.

I think WIDTH is used for output only. Anyway, I've added a dummy WIDTH to OPENR for compatibility.
