Add ability to run vert and frag shaders

I’d love to use some of the GLSL shaders I have written inside IDL and capute their output (images) for further processing in Fawlty Language. Support for shaders was available in IDL starting with version 6.4 but I never used it then since I did not understood shaders then. Some examples of IDL calling shaders can be found in: https://idlastro.gsfc.nasa.gov/examples/doc/shaders/
This is probably a big “ask” but it would be a really great help to me and probably others. If it was just usable using the classic graphics that would be great - I never used object graphics because it was too slow and complicated for me.

GLSL needs OpenGL based graphics. That’s in the far future .
