"Transition Issues" in Post Actions doesn't work as expected???

So in my workflow, I have status "ON HOLD" that "allows all statuses to transition into this one".

Now from a transition, (say "Pending Approval" -> "Approved"), I create a post action with no condition that transition to Status "ON HOLD". When I perform testing, to move the issue from "Pending Approval" to "Approved", i don't see the issue goes to "ON HOLD" at all. I even move this post action the the last one in the execution sequence, even after "Fire Generic Event" and not thing happens.

I'm stuck and don't know if there is a bug in JWT? Is there a log or a way to look into what's going on??? Thx

In relation to your issue, please, I need the following 3 screenshots:

• Post-function's tab of transition "Pending Approval" -> "Approved". I want to see all the post-functions you're executing and their execution order.
• Condition's tab of transition to "ON HOLD" status.
• Validation's tab of transition to "ON HOLD" status.
