Problem with Time tracking

Issue #104 resolved
Tony Hetherington created an issue

Running version 6.3.15 of Jira server, Work logs are being recorded as "12173700 years, 11 weeks, 4 days, 1 hour, 42 minutes" for a ticket in progress for one minute.

I have attached a screenshot of my stop progress post function setting and realise that this is something that is probably a screw up on my part but can't figure it out.

I don't know if the time traking preferences have an impact but here they are anyway: The number of working hours per day is 7.5. The number of working days per week is 5. Time estimates will be displayed in the following format: pretty (e.g. 4 days, 6 hours, 30 minutes) The current default unit for time tracking is hour. Copying of comments to work description is currently enabled.

Hoping you can help.

Thanks,

Tony

    Tony,

    The problem is that you need to insert parentheses in order to do the rest before the division, like in this example.

    Replace your expression with this one: ({00057} - {10302}) / {MINUTE}

    Please, close the issue if this solution solves your problem.
