Workflow Toolbox Issue

Former user created an issue

we've installed the workflow toolbox but its not coming up as one of the installed plugins. Where can we go from here. I've looked at the forums but nothing states the correct answer.

    That version of the plugin is a type 1 and can't be installed from UPM as type 2 plugins. To install version 1.29.1 you have to follow these instructions:

    1.- Copy the file "workflow-toolbox-1.29.1.jar" into directory "/WEB-INF/lib" in your JIRA server.

    2.- Reboot your JIRA instance.

    You can also download version 1.30_beta_2 which is a type 2 plugin, and therefore can be installed from UPM (Universal Plugin Manager).
