Status Transition just spins

When i try to change the transition by clicking on status, it just spins and nothing happens.

I right click on status, open in a new tab and from there I can change the status.

This transition has validation which uses workflow toolbar plugin and without this validation it works fine.

I dont see any entries in logs also.

Jira version --> 6.4.3 Plugin version --> 2.2.1

Hi Vinay,

I suppose you mean Workflow Toolbox. Can you please attach a screenshot of the validation's tab of that transition. I need to see the configuration of the validations you are using.

As said before transition works well if I right click on status, open in a new tab.

How did the problem appear? Did it work correctly with a previous version of the plugin?

Can you please set logging level to DEBUG for package "com.fca.jira.plugins.workflowToolbox", and tell me if you see something in the log file?

For setting debug level for a certain package do the following navigation through JIRA menus: Administration > System > Logging and profiling > Configure logging level for another package

Problem was there with older version of plugin also. I updated plugin today to see if the problem was fixed in latest version but its still the same.

I dont see DEBUG for package "com.fca.jira.plugins.workflowToolbox"

You should reproduce the error, and then check the JIRA log file. If possible, share it with me. You can send it to me to [e-mail].

You don't see entries of JIRA Workflow Toolbox, or none at all? If you set the log level to DEBUG, you should see them, otherwise you are looking at the wrong file.

Please, tell me which type is field MTS ID.

I looking at both catalina.log and atlassian-jira.log files.

"MTS ID" is of type text field.
