How to make particular field read only at create issue level.

Hi Savita,

I have tried using custom field "Text Field (read only", but it doesn't work since you cannot give it a default value, which would appear in the create issue screen.

Maybe there is a plugin which provide a read only custom field with a possible default value, but I don't know for sure.
