Better export capabilities

We are using JIRA Workflow Toolbox for a number of workflow operations, and are very happy with the capabilities it gives us.

However we have an issue when we want to export a JIRA workflow containing JWT operations to another server. If this target server has other IDs for the custom fields we are using, then we need to manually edit the workflows to match the IDs.

To handle this, we would either need 1. An API so we can solve this programatically, OR 2. Possibility to reference custom fields by their name instead of the numeric ID when using JWT (We have unique custom field names)
