First Sunday has only 23 hours

Post-Function: Field Original estimate (minutes) will be assigned with the calculation result of the formula: ({End date}-{Start date})/{MINUTE}

results for the first sunday only 23 hours. "End date" and "Start date" are only DatePicker. Without crossing a sunday the result is OK, but after crossing the first sunday there is missing exact 1 hour. JIRA-Version is 6.4.12

I suspect the missing hour is due to next DST (Daylight saving time) hour advance which is going to happen in short.

Please, tell me the exact values (dates) for "End date" and "Start date" in order to being able to reproduce the problem. I also need to know your timezone.
