Plugin does not finish update

Hello Fidel,

on JIRA 7 we started the update process to 2.2.9 but the addon update does not finish (see screenshot). What is the right way to handle this situation?

Three questions:

• Which is exactly your version of JIRA?
• Which version of JIRA Workflow Toolbox had you installed previously?
• Have you tried to go again to Universal Plugin Manager and update the plugin again? If you didn't, please try it.

I have just updated from 2.2.8 to 2.2.9 on JIRA 7.1.4 without problems. Last Sunday 434 instances of JIRA had been updated to 2.2.9 successfully.

Please to update again, and let me know if you keep having problems.

That's not possible, because the installation process starts again and again and blocks any other interaction elements with its progress modal

You can do any of the following:

1. Close the navigator or tab and log in JIRA again.
2. Use another navigator.

Yes, when using another browser I can enter the UPM again. But it shows a message that updatinbg any addon is disabled until the ongoing process of the workflow toolbox update is not finished. So the question is: how to stop that process?

Patrick, I haven't seen something like that in the past, and I think that the problem is due to a failure of UPM, more than caused by the add-on. For that reason I think that you'd better create a support ticket at Atlassian.

Anyway, is it possible that you reboot your JIRA instance?
