licensing trouble

Hi guys, This plugin is great and has quickly become critical to our environment. Our Finance department says they have paid for the license as of Tuesday but this morning it expired. I renewed our trial. Is there something I need to do on our end so we don't expire again? Thanks! Kris

This is the license key showing both in my add-on section of Jira and on the my.atlassian page:

First of all, thanks for using JIRA Workflow Toolbox. In your myatlassian site you should have available both the trial and the commercial license. Are you sure you are introducing the commercial license key? Can you please provide me your SEN, since I can't verify your license key?

Hi Kris,

Your commercial license has SEN-3200590. Technical and billing contact associated with it is Stephen Hayden. I suppose that the license key must be associated to his myatlassian account. He will be able to authorize you for seeing the license key. To do it he must include you as technical contact.
