Is there a way to copy Watchers to a multi-user custom field on create?

Hi Will,

You can do it using "Copy a parsed text to a field" post-function in "Create Issue" transition with the following configuration:

Note that %{00133} is field code for "Watchers".

This post-function should be inserted after post-function "Fire a Issue Created event that can be processed by the listeners.".

Once configured, transition "Create Issue" will look like this:
