Using "Issue Key" (%{00015}) and "Project URL" in the subject line of a email (post function) results in "blank" being returned

I'm using the issue key code (%{00015}) in the subject line of an email (post function) and nothing is getting returned. I thought it might be an issue of types, but it looks like this field is supposed to return text

    Can you please attach a screenshot of post-function's tab of the transition where you are executing the post-function? I would like to see all the post-functions in the transition and the execution order.
