Validating Custom Field using User Property Value

As the title explain's well i want to validate the current user, property to see if he have the for example - "key = InGroup and Value = Test" i want to be able to see if the current user have the key and the value that i want to. is it possible?

You should use "Boolean validator with math, date-time or text-string terms" with the following boolean expression validates that current user has a property with key "InGroup" and value "Test":

userProperty("InGroup", %{00020}) = "Test"
