Set logging level for package com.fca.jira.plugins.workflowToolbox to WARN. You can do it at Administration > Logging and profiling > Configure logging level for another package.

It's very strange since ERROR is a higher level than INFO and you shouldn't see INFO messages when the log level is set to ERROR.

Maybe you have a specific level for subpackage com.fca.jira.plugins.workflowToolbox.shared.

Please, confirm the version of the plugin you have installed.

O.k The plugin version is 2.2.8 and not 2.2.16

If you update to version 2.2.17 you will get rid of the message in the log file.

Version 2.2.8 was released on 25th March 2016, while 2.2.17 was released yesterday.

You don't need to update to the last version. At this moment, I don't know exactly in which version that message was removed. In any case, update to the most recent version your license allows you to do. If you give you license number (SEN) I will tell you which is the most recent version you can update to.

That is maybe SEN of your JIRA license. I need the one of JIRA Workflow Toolbox.

Anyway, you can go to Administration > Add-ons > Manage Add-ons > JIRA Workflow Toolbox, and there you have an option for updating to the last available license for your current license.

Anyhow, I recommend you to have your license up-to-date, and update to version 2.2.17.
