Condition - Based On JQL Query - text box issue

Hi,

JIRA Service Desk 3.1.4

We've found an issue when adding a Based on JQL query condition to a transition. The text area for adding the JQL query does not let us add any text in any versions above V2.2.10.

I've attached two annotated screen shots of the functionality in V2.2.10 where it's working and also for V2.2.19 where it is not working.

I can replicate the issue in both IE11 (11.0.9600.18427) and Chrome (V39.0.2171.95).

Hi Huw,

In most recent versions of Chrome (53.0.2785.101), Firefox and Safari it works correctly. IE is currently not supported, but I'm working to do it in next version of the plugin.

Your version of Chrome is almost 2 years old. Do you have any problem to update?

Please, try most recent version of the plugin 2.2.21, which solves a problem of compatibility with Internet Explorer. I think it can also fix your problem.

Fixed in version 2.2.20. Please, update to the most recent version of the plugin.
