Can you please confirm the version of JIRA Workflow Toolbox you are using?

affects 2.2.18 and 2.2.19 also (I've just upgraded to see if any changes with latest version)

Due to API limitations and JSD behavior it's not possible to detect the attachments added in a JSD portal response, so it's not possible to show those attachments in virtual field "Transition attachments".

Anyway, I have implemented a workaround in version 2.2.20_beta_1 that might work OK in most occasions:

I have included 2 new virtual fields:

• Recent attachments
• Recent attachments with details

These 2 virtual fields contains the attachments added to an issue within the last minute.

Attachment is not added in Portal, but trough a transition screen used by a service desk agent.

I can't reproduce your problem when attaching fields in transition screens. In my case virtual fields "Transition's attachments" and "Transition's attachments with details" works correctly in workflows of JSD projects. I only detect the problem when transitions are executed by actions in the portal.

I have done my tests using JIRA 6.4.13, JSD 2.5.9 and JIRA Workflow Toolbox 2.2.19.
