Allow email sender selection choice of Project Notification default

We are using JIRA v7.1.1 currently. In most projects, we have specified a project notification email address that is unique and different from the System-wide default email address. It would be convenient if the email post function configuration provided a radio button option to use the project notification email address as the sender for email messages sent from workflows within the project in addition to the existing options (Default, User in Field, User, Email Address in Field, and Email Address).
