hi we have use jira Server 6.3.9 we have use workflow toolbox 2.2.9 when the user op01saggib try to change the Assignee. Error Appear At GUI You do not have the permission to see the specified issue and the log we can See this Error the only Error

1. How is the user trying to change assignee? Using a post-function or directly in issue detail screen?

2. Do you have listeners triggered by issue edition in your JIRA instance? In affirmative case, which is the configuration of the listeners?

I don't think the problem has to do with the plugin. Forget about the listeners.

Anyway, in order to diagnose the problem I need the following:

1. A screenshot of the Permission scheme of the project. Specifically I would like to see the "Browse issue" permission.

2. A screenshot of the Issue security scheme of the project.

I think that you are not using the correct method to attach files. Look at the option pointed by the red arrow in the screenshot:

Hi Itay,

Permission Scheme doesn't seem to have anything to do with the problem.

I also don't think the problem you are experiencing has to do with JIRA Workflow Toolbox, since the plugin doesn't interfere with edition through issue detail screen in any way.

The message in the log file is not an error, but completely normal when you set the log level in your server to DEBUG.

Anyway, if you think the problem has to do with the plugin, I can have a screen-share though Skype with you in order to see the problem in direct. My Skype user is fidel100r and I will be available from now until 13:00 UTC.
