Epic Link

Hello!

I want the new issue with specified type to be linked to one Epic. This epic created and I know its Epic Name. I don't want to chose this epic every time. I have individual workflow for this issue type. And I want to use workflow's post-function (for example, "Set a field as a function of other fields") to update filed 'Epic link'. But I don't know how use value of Epic Name.

I have test epic - TEST-1 with epic name "test". What I should use to change epic link in linked issue?

Hi,

Currently field Epic Link can't be set using JIRA Workflow Toolbox. I will try to support it in next version of the plugin.

I have implemented in version 2.2.22_beta_1 the support for setting Epic Link fields. For setting it you should write on it the name of an epic.
